Stephen has a long history of excellence in the automotive world.  Starting with Power Mechanics in high school, to working in a high performance center (PV Performance) for 10 years.

His racing career began in 1986 both as a driver and mechanic. He worked with many drag race teams traveling to many events around the country. He eventually built his own race car (1965 Olds big block) that did 10.83 at NE Dragway.  He had his own garage for 15 years and worked evenings and weekends on muscle car engine repair. 

From January of 09 to March of 15 Stephen co-owned a speed shop ‘SV Engineering and Performance’ and built a tremendous career as the ‘Speed Guy’ in New England.  He had special expertise with regard to car performance.  

Using a DYNO machine he was able to tune several hundred muscle and high powered cars.  During the 6 years at ‘SV’ many young students were taken under his wing in his shop as he loved teaching and sharing his knowledge with them.  Most of them have continued to pursue careers as automotive technicians.   

He also thrived on helping ‘All’ customers in repair and performance of their own cars.
